Step 1: Subdomain Delegation
DNS Configuration Required

CNAME
email.yourdomain.com → meridian-dns.com
DKIM (TXT)
v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0G...
SPF (TXT)
v=spf1 include:spf.meridian.com ~all
DMARC (TXT)
v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:...

Why this matters

Without proper DKIM/SPF/DMARC, Gmail and Outlook will reject or spam your emails. This is non-negotiable for deliverability.

This config is reusable

Select it whenever you add an email action to a journey or campaign. Create separate configs for different brands or transactional vs marketing.

For Sendwave migration

You’ll need to build sender reputation from scratch on Meridian infrastructure. Plan a 2-4 week IP warming schedule before going live with marketing sends.
